GTA 6 Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
Anaerobic LLC, Jersey City, New Jersey, United States ("Sponsor"). All correspondence: contact@anaerobic-coffees.com
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The prize includes a video game rated M for Mature; entrants must be 18 or over without exception. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period and Drawings
The promotion runs from 23 August 2026 to 31 October 2026 and consists of three (3) drawings. All times are Eastern Time.

You only need to enter once. An entry remains valid for every drawing held after it is received, for the rest of the promotion. Entering earlier therefore places you in more drawings: an entry received in August is in all three, an entry received in October is in one. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
Entry is free. No method of entry requires a purchase, so no alternative method of entry is offered or needed.
Entry 1 — Instagram or TikTok. Follow Anaerobic Coffees on Instagram (@anaerobic.coffees) or on TikTok (@anaerobic_coffees), and leave a comment tagging a friend on any Anaerobic Coffees giveaway post, Reel or video published on that platform during the promotion period. The comment is the entry record: a comment counts as one (1) entry, and a comment that tags another user counts as two (2) entries.
Entries are counted per account. Only the first qualifying comment from a given account is counted across all of that platform's giveaway posts combined. A person who enters on both platforms may be counted on each, but may win only one prize in total across the whole promotion.
Anaerobic Coffees also publishes this giveaway on YouTube. YouTube is not an entry route — entry is only through Instagram or TikTok as set out above.
Sponsor verifies that an entrant is following the relevant Anaerobic Coffees account at the time of the drawing. Liking the post is requested but Sponsor may be unable to verify it, and will not disqualify an otherwise valid entry on that basis.
Entry 2 — Email list. Being subscribed to the Anaerobic Coffees email list at the time a drawing is held counts as one (1) additional entry in that drawing. Subscribe at anaerobic-coffees.com. Unsubscribing removes future entries but does not affect a drawing already held.
Maximum three (3) entries per account per drawing. Entries must be made by a natural person using an authentic account. Automated, scripted, bulk or third-party entries are void, as are duplicate accounts operated by one person. Sponsor's determination of what constitutes a valid entry is final.
5. Prizes
One (1) prize will be awarded in each drawing — three (3) prizes in total. Each prize consists of:
- One (1) copy of the video game Grand Theft Auto VI, standard edition, on the platform of the winner's choice from those commercially available at the time of fulfilment (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, or PC), and
- Two (2) 10 oz (284 g) bags of Anaerobic Coffees single-origin coffee, lots selected by Sponsor, shipped to a single US address.
Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize: $64 USD of coffee (two 10 oz bags at $32 each) plus one standard-edition copy of Grand Theft Auto VI at its US retail price on the date of purchase. Total ARV of all three prizes: $192 USD of coffee plus three copies of the game at retail.
One prize per person. A winner of any drawing is not eligible to win a later drawing, and any further entries by that person are void.
Fulfilment timing. The coffee ships within fourteen (14) days of winner confirmation. The game is scheduled for commercial release on 19 November 2026 and will be delivered to all three winners on or promptly after that date.
Substitution. If Grand Theft Auto VI is not commercially released on or before 31 January 2027, Sponsor may substitute that portion of the prize with a product or gift card of equal or greater value. No cash alternative. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Taxes. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue tax documentation where required by law.
6. Odds
Odds of winning a given drawing depend on the number of eligible entries counted in that drawing.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries counted in each drawing, held on the date and time set out in Section 3. Winners are notified by direct message on the platform the winning entry was made on and, where an email entry applies, by email, within seventy-two (72) hours of the drawing.
A winner must respond to that message and provide a valid US shipping address and an email address for delivery updates within five (5) days of the first notification attempt. Sponsor collects these details only to fulfil the prize. If a winner does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is selected at random from the remaining eligible entries in that same drawing.
Sponsor will never ask any entrant or winner for payment, card details, bank details or a password. Any message doing so is not from Sponsor.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's social handle and first name in connection with announcing results, without further compensation. Sponsor will not publish a winner's full name, address or contact details.
9. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this promotion is handled under Sponsor's Privacy Policy at anaerobic-coffees.com/policies/privacy-policy. Email addresses collected through Entry 2 will be used to send Anaerobic Coffees email; you may unsubscribe at any time.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. If the promotion is compromised by causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend it and to award the prizes from eligible entries received to that point.
By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability for loss or damage arising from participation or from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
