What "Reserve" means to us.
Three things have to be true before a coffee earns the Reserve mark. None of them are easy.
Microlot allocations only
Single-parcel, single-producer lots. 90+ cupping score floor. Never more than 200 bags worldwide.
Experimental ferments
Anaerobic, sealed-stainless ferments tracked at six-hour intervals across pH, brix, CO₂, and temperature.
Hand-numbered editions
Each bag stamped with its place in the allocation (e.g. 037 of 200), the vintage notation, and the farm's coordinates.
We turn down more lots than we accept. Reserve is what's left after every standard fell short.

How is Reserve different from your standard subscriptions?
Reserve is two bags a month of microlot or experimental-process coffees only — never the everyday origins. Every lot is allocation-limited (typically 150–200 bags worldwide) and hand-numbered. The Single Pour and Double Shot plans use our standard origin rotation; Reserve uses the rarities.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes — skip, swap, or pause any time from your dashboard. We don't gate or hide it.
What if I don't like the month's lot?
Reach out within seven days of delivery. We'll send a replacement from a different lot or refund the bag — your call.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently US-only. International is on the roadmap for Q1 2027.
How do I cancel?
One click in your dashboard. No retention call, no email, no hidden flow. We tested it and we don't like making it hard.
